To keep things straightforward, we base our work on an hourly rate of $35/hr. for 1 cleaner & $50/hr. for two cleaners for both general cleaning (also known as regular or maintenance cleaning) and also for deep cleaning.

For short term rental cleanings (AirBnB & VRBO), we can either charge depending on the size of the house or apartment (as listed above) or we can charge by the hour .....whichever you prefer.

Prices include general cleaning in all areas of the house or business... including: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, vacuuming, laundry, empty garbage, etc. Prices do not include carpet cleaning, deep cleaning of ovens and grills or the cleaning of comforters. Carpet cleaning is not included in our services at this time. Ovens and grills can be included in the price if they have had light use and do not take an extended amount of time to get clean (otherwise it's considered deep cleaning). Comforters are not included in maintenance cleanings. They are done on a case by case basis because there are so many variables with them. Many will have to be taken off site to be cleaned in a commercial sized washer ....some are dry clean only.... some can not be dried in a dryer. *Duvet covers are included in the pricing as they can be taken off of the comforter and laundered like sheets. To our clients with short term rentals, we suggest using duvets.

cleaning supplies

Cleaning supplies are provided by us. There are no extra charges for us to provide cleaning supplies.

If there are specific products that you have and would like us to use, just let us know.

travel time

We serve both Martin and St. Lucie counties and do not charge for travel time.

Deep Cleaning vs Maintenance cleaning

The best way to understand the difference between deep cleaning and maintenance cleaning would be to use the example of an grill or oven. If the grill (or oven) started off clean and only had a couple of uses by an Airbnb guest ....cleaning that would fall under maintenance cleaning. Now, if that same grill or oven had not been cleaned in the past year and was caked with grease and grime,, that's something that will take some time to clean and in that case would fall under deep cleaning. The same applies to bathrooms, or windows with calcium deposits, etc. When we make a quote for cleaning service, things that fall under 'deep cleaning' are not included in the quote. If your home or business has not been cleaned in a long time and is in need of a deep cleaning, we would do that cleaning at our hourly rate. Once thoroughly cleaned, future cleanings would be considered maintenance cleanings and with those, you may choose between being charged hourly or by the size of the house. In the case of a business, you could choose between an hourly rate, or a price quote that would be the same with every cleaning.

Mopping/Grout: Mopping is considered maintenance cleaning. Cleaning grout to a point that it appears new or like new is a time consuming process and is considered deep cleaning.

minimum charge

Have a small place? You may opt to hire us for our hourly rate instead of the set price.

We do have a minimum charge of $75 that includes up to 2 hours of work (1 cleaner).
