Flexible Scheduling:  Nights, weekends, after business hours are no problem. Weekly, bi-   weekly, monthly or quarterly service packages are available.

 No Contract/no risk: There is no contract to worry about or get locked into. If you reach a   point where you no longer need or want the service, just let us know and we'll take you off the schedule.   It's just as simple as that. If you would like a service contract, we would be happy to provide one, but you would still not be bound to it and if you wanted to end services, you would only need to let us know.

 Tailored services: We will listen to what you want and tailor our services to your wishes and   needs. Just need your windows washed? ....it's no problem! We are flexible and we'll do as much or as little   as you like ...but please note, we do have a $75 minimum [per trip out to a job site ...includes up to two hours of work (one cleaner)]. Our services include: cleaning/dusting surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning 

bathrooms, *re-stocking bathroom supplies, washing windows, emptying garbage cans, etc.

*Restocking: Client provides restocking items. We can provide restocking item upon request and upon approved price quote for restocked items.

 fair and accurate pricing: We have a way of quoting jobs that will provide a fair and   accurate price quote. We like to do the first cleaning with a special introductory price (no obligation on   your part). This allows our clients to get to know us and to see the beautiful work we do ....and it allows us   to get a feel for exactly what will need to be done and how long it will take to do the work. We can then   provide a fair and accurate quote that you can rely on to be the same every time. Our clients also have the   option of paying hourly ...whichever you prefer, just let us know.

      We've noticed that other cleaning companies will look at a job and throw out a price based on that quick look ....the problem with that is it's easy to over estimate or under estimate if you do it that way. If they under bid the job, they will often drop the client in favor of a higher paying one. If they over bid it, then the client is paying more than they should for the work that's done. We feel that our system is more fair.

 special offer: First cleaning for $95. After the first cleaning, and within 24 hours, we'll send you a quote for future cleanings. You may accept the quote or decline it without penalty or further obligation.

This offer is for general cleaning (please see deep cleaning vs general cleaning on the 'Pricing' page). If a deep cleaning is needed, that would be done at our normal hourly rate.
